Pursuant to Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), BULLDOG TV SPAIN, S.L. (“BULLDOG TV”), with tax identification number B87325205 and address at C/Orense 58, piso 10, puerta B, 28020 Madrid (Spain); hereby informs its Data Protection Policy to the users (“USERS”) of the BULLDOG TV website accessible through the domain name www.bulldogtv.es (“Website”):

 

BULLDOG TV does not collect USER data unless USERS voluntarily request or provide any information through the e-mail/”Contact” form on the Website, or unless they consent to the use of cookies under the terms set forth in the Cookies Privacy Policy available on this Website.

 

(i) Responsible for the processing of personal data

 

The personal data collected through the email/contact form on the Website (the “Personal Data”) will be treated confidentially and for the sole purpose of providing the USER with the requested information and/or responding to the request or query sent by the USER. The data collected, generated or requested by BULLDOG TV as a consequence of the exchange of emails between the USER and BULLDOG TV or by sending the contact form will be treated by BULLDOG TV.

 

(ii) Purpose and basis of processing

 

BULLDOG TV will process the USER’s Personal Data for the sole purpose of providing the USER with the requested information and/or responding to the request or query sent by the USER.

 

The legitimate basis for the processing of USER Personal Data is the USER’s own consent to send a question/query/request to BULLDOG TVBULLDOG TV reserves the right not to respond to messages sent to e-mails/contact forms, at its own discretion.

 

(iii) Mandatory or optional nature of the information requested.

 

BULLDOG TV does not require any mandatory information. It is at the USER’s discretion to provide contact information so that BULLDOG TV can respond to the inquiry or request. The information provided by the USER in emails/contact forms is information that the USER has chosen to include at his or her discretion; BULLDOG TV does not require any information to be included or disclosed to him or her. BULLDOG TV urges USERS not to include sensitive information in their requests and to disclose to BULLDOG TV only the information necessary to resolve their inquiry.

 

In the event that the USER wishes to participate in casting processes, or participate as an audience in any program produced by BULLDOG TV, this Website provides the appropriate links that will direct the USER to corresponding web pages, with their own Privacy Policies.

 

Refusal to provide contact information or exercise the rights of cancellation, objection or restriction of processing may prevent BULLDOG TV from responding to the USER’s request or query.

 

(iv) Data protection officer

 

BULLDOG TV has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted via email:  privacidad@bulldogtv.es.

 

(v) Special categories of data

 

BULLDOG TV does not require any special category of data. The information provided by the USER in the emails/contact forms is information that the USER has chosen to include at his/her own discretion. BULLDOG TV urges the USER not to provide sensitive or delicate information through the “Contact” form/email.

 

(vi) International transfer of data

 

There are no international data transfers.

 

(vii) Exercise of rights

 

The USER may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and data portability by notifying in writing to the Data Protection Officer of BULLDOG TV by writing an email toprivacidad@bulldogtv.es with the following information: (a) Name, surname, accrediting his/her identity (and, if acting on behalf of another person, the corresponding authorization in this regard); (b) Purpose of the request and (c) Email address for the response.

 

In the event that the USER considers that his/her data has been improperly processed, the USER may exercise his/her right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).

 

(viii) Obligations of the USER regarding data protection.

 

The USER agrees to:

 

Provide current, accurate and truthful information. Inform BULLDOG TV about any change in the information provided, through the procedure provided above for the exercise of the right of rectification.

 

Comply with its obligation of secrecy with respect to all personal data and confidential information to which it has access due to its exchange of emails with BULLDOG TV, obligation that has an indefinite duration.

 

(ix)  Period of conservation of user’s personal data

 

BULLDOG TV will retain the USER’s Personal Data for as long as necessary to resolve the USER’s request or inquiry, and for as long as necessary to resolve any civil or other liability, if applicable.

 

(x) Security measures

 

BULLDOG TV has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, access or unauthorized processing , taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether by human or physical action or by the natural environment.

 

(xi) USER Agreement

 

The USER, by sending a message to the e-mail/contact form of the Web Site, declares and acknowledges having read and understood, and accepts this PRIVACY POLICY.
