(“BULLDOG TV”), with Tax Identification Number B87325205 and registered address at C/Orense 58, 10th floor, door B, 28020 Madrid (Spain), hereby informs users (“USERS”) of the BULLDOG TV website, accessible through the domain name www.bulldogtv.es (“Website”), of its Data Protection Policy:

BULLDOG TV does not collect data from USERS unless they voluntarily request or submit any information via the Website’s “Contact” email/form, or unless they consent to the use of cookies under the terms provided in the Cookies Privacy Policy, available on this same Website.

(i) Controller of Personal Data Processing

The personal data collected through the Website’s contact email/form (the “Personal Data”) will be processed confidentially and solely for the purpose of providing the USER with the requested information and/or responding to the inquiry or request submitted by the USER. The data collected, generated, or requested by BULLDOG TV as a result of email exchanges between the USER and BULLDOG TV, or through the submission of the contact form, will be processed by BULLDOG TV.

BULLDOG TV does not require any mandatory information. It is entirely up to the USER to provide contact details so that BULLDOG TV can respond to the inquiry or request. The information provided by the USER via contact emails/forms is information that the USER has chosen to include at their own discretion; BULLDOG TV does not require any information to be included or disclosed. BULLDOG TV urges USERS not to include sensitive information in their requests and to only disclose what is necessary for resolving their inquiry.

If the USER wishes to participate in casting processes or be part of the audience in any program produced by BULLDOG TV, this Website provides appropriate links that will redirect the USER to the corresponding web pages, each with their own Privacy Policies.

Refusal to provide contact information or the exercise of rights such as cancellation, objection, or restriction of processing may prevent BULLDOG TV from responding to the USER’s inquiry or request.

The USER undertakes to:

• Fulfill their obligation of confidentiality regarding all personal data and confidential information to which they have access due to their email exchanges with BULLDOG TV—an obligation that remains in effect indefinitely.

BULLDOG TV will retain the USER’s Personal Data as long as necessary to respond to the USER’s inquiry or request, and for the period required to address any potential civil or other liabilities, if applicable.
